Your financial account details, insurance policies, property papers, business contacts, and personal messages — all sealed and protected while you are alive, released to your nominees only when truly needed.
No — not even if we wanted to. Your data is encrypted on your own device using your private Unlock Password before it is ever sent to our servers. We receive only an unreadable encrypted file. Zero-knowledge architecture means this is technically impossible — not just a policy promise. Not even our own team can access your account contents.
Our zero-knowledge architecture means there is nothing to hand over. The encrypted file on our servers is unreadable without your private Unlock Password — which we never have. This is the same reason we cannot help you recover your data if you lose your password. The protection is not selective — it applies to everyone, without exception.
Your Recovery Key (generated once at registration, shown only to you) is the only backup. If you lose both your Unlock Password and Recovery Key, your account contents are permanently and irrecoverably lost. We strongly recommend writing both on paper and storing them in separate, physically secure locations — treat them like you would a physical bank locker key.
